In addition, we offer the following services:

- Live ER wait times in the province of Quebec.
First you will select the date and time of your consultation. Then you will provide the reason for consultation, and we will ask a few questions about your medical history.
A nurse will review your request and may contact you to ask you extra question.
Your physician or nurse practitioner will call you over the phone at the time of the appointment. They may ask you to move to a videoconference system.
After the consultation is completed, you may receive documents via secured chat. Drug prescriptions will be sent directly to the pharmacy.
