The cost of a consultation is displayed under each clinic. Some clinics will ask for a higher price for your first appointment so that the physician can take the time to know you.

You have to pay a deposit to book the appointment. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill. You can also get a full refund if you cancel your appointment 24 hours prior.

You can cancel and get a full refund up to 24 hours before your appointment. You will find a cancellation link in your appointment confirmation email.

After your consultation, you will receive a medical bill that you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement.

No, this page is only for patients who are not covered by Medicare (usually expats, international students, etc).
