Dr garneau pire medecin que j'ai pu voir de ma vie, hautin et mechant se pense mieux que tout le monde et te donne ton conger meme si tu as une douleur a 9/10 jamais je vais y retourner!

Personnel très qualifié et à l'écoute. Bonne organisation aussi du service. Prise en charge rapide. On sens que les personnes qui y travaillent sont dans leur domaine.

Amazing expierence, came in with so much pain,and worried it was an issue with my brain shunt or kidney stones, by the time I was done with triage I was already called I to a room, within 20 mins I was getting pain medication and having numerous nurses help trying to get an IV. Amazing staff, many people complained of the wait time but they were all told that if you come to an ER and it’s not an emergency or something that can be taken care of at a clinic it would be a longer wait, some people were freaking out that I got called within minutes, but nurses told them all it goes by emergency and how you are triaged, a brain issue and pain trumps a sprained ankle or back pain. Amazing triage nurses really listen and care for the patients. Dr are amazing as well! Never treated so well nefpr

Ils m’ont pris en charge une demie heure après mon arrivée. Le medecin à l’urgenve était à mon écoute et répondait à mes questions sans que je me sente préssé. Le seul bémol est que je suis resté debout tout le long avec ma marchette et ce, malgrè ma douleur intense, l’infirmière m’a proposé de m’installer sur une chaise le temps de voir le médecin, chose que je ne peux faire à cause de mon mal de dos. Je m’attendais au moins a être alité durant l’attente du medecin ainsi que les radios. Le lendemain de ma visite, la douleur a empiré car j’ai trop forcé mon dos.

Im seven months pregnant and i went in with a painful, bleeding cyst during COVID-19, waited 6 hours without seeing a doctor and then while i was waiting the cyst popped and i had blood and pus all over me and i asked if a nurse could give me stuff to clean it or help me clean it and i was told to continue to wait for the doctor. Ended uo just leaving

Have chronic back pain since childhood. Was treated at pain clinic in this hospital for 2 years. This day my pain was extremely bad that my opiod meds did not work. Got to emergency it was jammed pack, so I knew it would be a long wait since it was 1AM in the morning. When finally saw was put on morphine 3 x 5 mg injections and pain finally subsided. The stall was all courteous and efficient. Went back next day for MRI. Unfortunately still suffering fron extreme back pain and taking 120 mg oxycodone daily. On top of having a rare blood cancer.

A bit of a wait but doctors and nurses are great!!

By the way I spoke in french there. I waited for 6 hours in the emergency for loosing sence in my right foot after having a heart ablation at sacre coeur hospital the day before, they made me come back next day early in the morning for leg ultrasound which showed a clot in the femoral vein of 4.5 cm. I was seen by a dr. who prescribed xarelto, but kept me on marvelon, and thus hemorraging for 3 weeks while having my period. I called her many times like she instructed me, and left many messages in french and she never got back, not even the nurse nor the secretary, I waited but the severity of the hemhoraging was severe so I had to go to the emergency again but this time was through an ambulance and made me wait for 8hrs and in the end the gynaecologist said I was fine to go home with a 103 hemoglobin, and told me not to come again to this hospital for emergency and that next time I had to go to the GLENN. Next day I started having blackouts I would lose some of my vision it becomes darker and darker on the edges then my vision comes back and so on, and my heart would pump so hard everytime I turned in bed, I new that something was really wrong, and went immediatly to the Glenn emergency accompanied by my sister in her car. The dr saw me after 30 min. and told me I was fainting because you lost alot of blood, you are very pale, and admitted me immediatly to a private room in the emergency, my hemoglobin was 73 it dropped further in just one day from 103. It was amazing how fast everybody worked, all the drs I saw immediatly, the gynacologist, the cardiologists, er drs, the screening and tests, I was transported in bed since I was dizzy, and ofcourse were transfused 3 bags of blood for 9 hrs, between every bag they'd take me for tests, xray, ct scan, ultrasound both ways, ultrasound of both legs and heart, which revealed that the blood clot was dissolved after 3 weeks of medication. After Iwas discharged, I was followed by the best drs at the Glenn with Hematoogy and gynaecology. My sister was impressed with the Glenn and compared it to the states private hospitals. And whom ever heard my story agreed that sacre coeur is horrible, even my pharmacist who used to work there.

J'ai été hospitalisé avec mon fils d'un an et ils ont sauvé la vie de mon fils.

Ils ont sauvé la vie de mon conjoint qui était en hémorragie digestive avec colite ischémique. Tout ça causé par une intervention médicale d’un autre hôpital. Ils l’ont stabilisé et remis sur pied après avoir fait un bon diagnostique d’une myo péricardite. Personnel efficace, disponible et courtois. Interventionnistes et professionnels.

Le personnel est courtois et sympathiques. J'ai passer en 15min

J ai passe un IRM employe courtois et a l heure. Mais je n ai pas aime l endroit ( ca ete difficile d etre diriger a la salle d examen et les toilettes sont mal indiques en plus de chercher l assenseur je devais aller au 5 ieme etage)

Pression élevée. Medecin et infirmières très professionnels et efficace. Délai d’attente très court.

Acceptable delais attente 5 h mais delais entre voir dr et radiologie

Aucune attente a l’urgence prise en charge rapide excellent service et tres bon personnel.Merci

Très bonne expérience à l'urgence. Médecins tres à l'écoute. Techniciens de laboratoire et infermiers tres attentionnés.

Ils travaillent tous bien, bon services, pas trop d’attente et très bonne prise en charge par les infirmières et les médecins.

Rendez-vous post operatoire pas de delai excellent suivi.

Innocent cest pas un hotel mais un hopital pas wifi lol

Je suis benevole la bas et pour un infection voulais un test genecologique et pas me donner des antibiotique

Un des meilleur hôpital du nord de l’île, efficaces, ils savent ce quils font. Quand même un peu de temps d’attente à l’urgence mais ils gèrent bcp mieux que la majorité des autres hopitaux.
