Doctors,interns,nurses and all the hospital staff are overworked. It woukd be beneficial to hire more people to lighten the workload and shorten patient wait times. We ahould also look at giving doctors incentives to come in and work a few hours to ease those wait times. I also left with unanswered questions and in the hands of a student. I went back again today waited 2hrs before going home. With over 30 folks waiting and almost 10 ambulances outside unloading i likely woukdnt have been seen until tomorrow afternoon.
