I’m appalled by tonight’s events how nurse barrette treated us when all we needed was help. I almost flatlined and she didn’t care.

This establishment has disgustedly trained staff. The management should take a look at who they hire to serve the community absolutely disgusted.

Terrible terrible Hospital should be shut down.

Had a terrible experience tonight never will I ever be returning disgusted

Absolutely disgusted by tonight‘s actions never will I ever be returning here ever again I hate it. They made me wait so long for nothing. Mr. imaginary doctor never showed never go here if you actually have serious problems.

Terrible terrible service. All they care about are drugged people homelessness, and people that just need a place to stay for the night anybody that comes in here with real medical problems they will show away, especially in nurse barbette she is absolutely rude no matter what we tried to do we tried to reason we needed an x-ray and they did not care. They told us to suck it up or leave.

Never ever go to this place the wait room is gross. They let people that are coughing and spitting and sneezing right beside little kids without masks. Kids are screaming and agony and they just leave them there for the parents to struggle even when questioned about how long the wait was gonna be they told us to suck it up and wait anyway Absolutely disgusted with this establishment

Absolutely terrible place of business nurses are gross. Their actions are disgusting especially towards people of colour had all the Black people waiting in the hallway and took all the white people in first absolutely racist establishment was told to wait. Ended up waiting eight hours for nothing doctor is imaginary never ever will I be returning to this place ever again

Terrible hospital nurse bar that was absolutely disrespectful needed help with chest pain needed an x-ray almost fainted and still was told to wait to suck it up. Wait room is absolutely disgusting. Never go here unless you wanna have your time wasted by the worst Staff ever at heathen Hospital. I can’t even believe AHS would employ these types of nurses into our community. Absolutely disgusted by tonight’s actions.

Terrible place terrible staff they treat you like garbage and expect you to wait around for them. I was waiting for nine hours while being pregnant seven months at that the way they reacted to my questions which were simple was absolutely disgusting. The nurses are terribly trained and the weight room is absolutely disgusting. They have people laying on the floor because there’s not enough chairs. They have people lined up in the hallways when you try to ask, how long the wait is they tell you you can just leave. They do not care about you. They only care about a paycheck. The doctors is nowhere in sight. Absolutely disappointed.

I ended up in the ER with severe frostbite on my left hand on all four of my fingers when I first went in thankfully I had the presence of mind to put my hand in hot water when I got home and had it in there for quite some time before I actually got a ride to the hospital and that in conjunction with what the doctors did saved my fingers. The doctors and nurses treated me with compassion and respect and they saw me quickly and addressed the situation quickly as it was a time-sensitive issue. We all know with frostbite gangrene can set in and amputation could have been a real possibility but thanks to the quick action of the team of nurses and Dr that didn't happen and seeing as I'm only 36 it may seem small to some people but losing even part of an appendage is a big deal to me. The team was also very understanding with the amount of pain and discomfort that I was in and did their utmost to make sure that I kept as comfortable as possible and even a few days later when I came back with severe pain again because of their healing and the nerve problems they once again did their very best to make me feel comfortable and get the pain under control and redressed my wounds and everything I would highly recommend this Hospital to anyone on the face of the planet friends family just everybody these people are truly amazing and their bedside manner gives me hope because not a lot of doctors and nurses are like that anymore too many of them are in it just for the money but these people genuinely care. So, I, Brandice Michelle Woodbury, want to sincerely thank every staff member that was involved in my treatment. Right from the triage nurse (WHO TOOK IMMEDIATE NOTE OF MY PAIN, even though there was a line up and made other nurses aware of me.) And all the way to the ER doc. Thank you so much for all of your help and for treating me like a human being, a patient with dignity, not just a number on a chart. And for all who did their best to ease my fears as well. AMAZING PEOPLE WORK HERE AND STILL DO IT FOR THE RIGHT REASONS! Truly, Brandice Michelle
