Our Pediatrician is on mat leave and our family physician was on holiday so bloom clinic booked us with Dr Discepola. As soon as we walked in he made us feel unwelcome and that we are wasting his time on a Saturday. He said what are you doing here on a Saturday that warrants an emergency that your family physician couldn’t have done for you?! Extremely unpleasant and judgemental bedside manner. I got the prescription I needed for my daughter and left.

Didn't take my request seriously. Had difficulties breathing, told me he noticed, and followed by "what do you want me to do about it". I left without any care provided, only a few referals I asked for due to previous research on possible causes.
