J'ai eu un rdv via le 811 avec Dr Justin Colavincenzo et étant moi meme pharmacienne, je suis outrée de la façon dont j'aie été traitée. Premièrement, je suis restée sur le pas de la porte pendant toute la consultation et je n'ai pas été examinée. Ensuite, il s'est ouvertement moqué de mes symptômes (qui n'ont pourtant rien d'extravagant ou surprenant) et les a minimisé (je cite "vous ne m'avez pas l'air d'aller si mal quand même"). J'ai également eu du mal a être crue, on m'a posé plusieurs fois les mêmes questions et on m'a clairement fait comprendre que je dérangeais car la plage horaire n'était pas adapté pour mon cas.

Je souhaite a ce monsieur de trouver de l'empathie, nécessaire pour pratiquer ce beau métier, sans quoi sa carriere va lui sembler très longue et pénible... Sachez, monsieur, que vos patients méritent d'être écoutés et respectés. L'écoute et l'empathie sont des qualités ESSENTIELLES pour être un bon professionnel de santé.
