I first saw my family doctor because one of my fingers had become very swollen (“sausage finger”), and after the initial evaluation I was referred to Dr. Tsoukas. Shortly after, his clinic contacted me quickly and scheduled my appointment. From the beginning, Dr. Tsoukas was attentive, thorough, and genuinely caring. He ordered the appropriate tests, followed my case closely, and after a couple of consultations he recognized that my condition required further specialized evaluation and referred me to the Sarcoma Institute. That referral turned out to be extremely important, as the swelling was ultimately diagnosed as a tumor. What stood out the most to me was not only his professionalism, but also his humanity. During our appointments, he took the time to know me as a person, not just as a patient. We had very good conversations, and I felt truly heard and supported. Even today, he continues to follow up and help however he can. I am very grateful for his attention, kindness, and dedication throughout this process. I highly recommend Dr. Tsoukas to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate rheumatologist.

Extrêmement aimable et poli, à l'écoute de nos questionnements et sensible à nos inquiétudes.  Approche ordonnée et structurée qui rassure.  Prend le temps d'expliquer, schémas à l'appui au besoin.  Contrairement à bien d'autres, "condescend" à réfléchir avec nous : eh oui, avec lui, les patients se sentent inclus dans leurs soins plutôt que bousculés, voire ignorés!!!  Malgré son sourire et sa délicatesse, ne lâche pas son os avant d'avoir trouvé. Petit détail qui a son importance pour des gens comme moi, c'est étonnamment le premier endroit où je vois les médecins venir chercher leurs patients dans la salle d'attente et les amener dans leur bureau en conversant avec eux. Même petit côté humain à la fin de la consultation. En ces temps où il semble qu'il faut être faits vraiment forts pour oser affronter une salle de patients...... bravo aux braves de la Clinique Hygea!
