Excellente médecin ! Empathique et attentive aux besoins de ses patients. Très belle expérience 

J’ai perdu mon médecin de famille en février 2023 et depuis j’ai des problèmes de santé pas anodins. J’ai été assigné au groupe de médecins de famille à la clinique Coeur de l’Ile. L’été dernier j’ai vu un autre médecin mais depuis mars  2024 je suis suivie par docteure  Rosie Faucher et je la trouve vraiment formidable. Elle est empathique, professionnelle, à l’écoute et elle a pris le temps de m’appeler pour des suivies. Rien ne me ferait plus plaisir que de l’avoir comme médecin de famille mais je crois malheureusement que ça ne sera possible 

I went in to see Dr. Rosie Faucher for symptoms of fever, infection in throat, chest pains and non-stop coughing. Initially, she refused to assist, stating that it was viral, and definitely not bacterial, and not a pneumonia. After pushing and asking to test as it was 10 days of sickness, she agreed reluctantly to send me for x-rays. 30 minutes later, she confirmed I had a pneumonia and required antibiotics. Medical assessments should not be done with intuition, she should know better and do the proper tests before making assumptions. Lack of experience or pure indifference, I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Faucher, but thankful I was persistent.

To note, a family with a young child came in as the boy was severely sick. They came 14 minutes late due to trying to find parking. She refused to see the boy and indicated that she does not see any patients when they are late. The father begged and even proposed to wait, but she asked them to leave. I hope that family makes a complaint to the government, as no child should suffer due to being 14 minutes late to their appointment. If this is the future of our medical system, then we are in trouble, furthermore than we already are!
