During my appointment, the doctor said that he wanted to speak with me alone. I clearly told him that I wanted my wife to remain with me as my support person. Nevertheless, he closed the door in her face. I found the way he handled the situation dismissive, humiliating, and disrespectful toward both my wife and me. This was not the first interaction that made us feel uncomfortable. On a previous occasion, I requested that my medical note be written in English, but he refused and stated that we live in Quebec. As an English-speaking patient, I did not feel that my concerns or communication needs were treated with understanding. I have accompanied my wife to many medical appointments and have always been treated respectfully by her doctor. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Based on my personal experiences, I would not recommend this doctor.

Worst clinic on earth especially with a crappy doctor if I can call a doctor, Maingrette. He was suppose to send my reference to a hospital for back pain that i had. Couple of months later and after so many tries, i learned that he never sent the reference. Then when When I went to pick up the reference, I brought it to the hospital, the hospital told me the reference wasn’t event completed. DISGUSTING
