Dr Philippe Charbonneau is by far one of the kindest, thorough, and best doctors I’ve ever encountered. I’m very fortunate to have him as my doctor treating my rare vascular condition. As a person with many different health problems, I’ve encountered both good and bad outcomes with doctors, Dr. Charbonbeau is a fine example of how doctors should care for their patients.
