A l'écoute de nos problèmes.  Il nous écoute et nous soigne bien.  Il prend le temps nécessaire pour nous écouter et nous soigner.  J'ai été surprise qu'il me téléphone même chez moi pour m'expliquer mon problème.  J'aimerais bien pouvoir l'avoir comme médecin.

I saw dr Lalande yesterday and was very impressed with his friendly bedside manner. He took his time to not only ask many questions but also to explain the reason for my symptoms, what I can expect and how the treatment may affect me. Even the pharmacist was impressed when I told her the Dr had already gone through all of this treatment education with me.

Saw Dr Lalande yday regarding my Infection and ashtma issue, was very knowledgeable asked me lots of questions to know how to treat the medical issue, very patient , and prescribed the correct meds and i see i feel much better today
