My dad was in there with an infection in his legs and feet that were not improving after a week. My dad explained to her that it’s a special medication that they use when he gets the infection but instead she sent him home with no improvement and a prescription for 5 days that is not working. Absolutely nothing was offered for pain He is still in extreme pain and now has to go back to emergency which is extremely difficult when you cannot walk. She was very rude to my 83 year old father and sending home when still not well was very unprofessional.
