The doctor was cold and dismissive. He didn't listen and made a judgment withput investigating in barely two minutes. No bedside manners, arrogant and overall overbearing.

Very cold ,no compassion ,it’s just a job 

Our boy has been struggling with body image issues and it has taken forever to finally get him to be comfortable with himself. He is in extremely good physical shape and in a handful of improperly considered comments, this doctor has destroyed any progress that has been made in that regard. I hate to be crass, but this doctor is overweight himself and is in no position to make any type of comment on anyone's physique. We waited for so long to get a doctor for our boy and I will gladly travel to another province to see someone else in the future.

Très empathique et à l'écoute.

Avoid him if you can. In addition to being inexperienced and not knowledgeable, he lacks empathy, ability to properly communicate with a suffering patient. He can't even do simple procedure without calling in a nurse who had to be there for moral support (in the process he did not seek consent from the patient for the nurse's presence). What a shame.

l'accueil du médecin en partant laisse à désirer, il est très prétentieux, et même arrogant, désolant qu'il soit ainsi avec c'est patients, nous étions très sympathique, même si il nous traitait comme des ''moins de rien''

I've had this Doctor for about 2 years. I was relieved to finally have a Family doctor after many years of waiting. He's not a bad person just an inexperienced Doctor. Sometimes it seems like he's an intern and you're waiting for someone more experienced to step in. If you're pro active and the type to do your own research and provide him clear direction he will refer you to specialists, give you a prescription or go along with your thinking. If, like my spouse, you're used to letting the doctor lead, he will tell you to improve your lifestyle, eat better, sleep better, hope for the best. Needs more experience and to build up that bedside manner that doctor's need.
