On September 25, 2025 I seen Dr. Barclay in Emergency at Royal Columbian Hospital I had lost 20lvs in two months I was constantly shaking & having blackouts & dizzy spells so bad I.had to sit wherever I was standing. I advised him of my family history of thyroid disorder. And asked him to do a blood test for my thyroid. I was not alone. My girlfriend was present. The emergency room was empty. Dr. Barclay advised ro me I was wasting his time that I was in a place for emergencies only & should see my family doctor. I advised to him given the doctor shortage in BC I did not have a family doctor and Dr. Barclay told me this would be a good time to find one. Instead of testing my thyroid Dr. Barclay did a standard blood test which was flagged for C reactive protein sensitivity. But no one followed up with this. I was diagnosed with Gravss Disease on March 21, 2025 at Saint Josephs Hodpital. I am disabled now. My tremors are so bad & I am on heart medication because. My thyroid is causing me anxiety so bad my heart is in overtime. I have no calxi7m absorption, my protein sensitivity is now Extreme ans my electolrolytes are ojt of control. I am 54 years old & will lose my company all because Dr. Barclay refused a blood t test. Dont fo to this doctor he is a bad doctor
