You often hear him raising his voice towards patients and taking his anger out on them. He's burnt out and he just needs a course in anger management. I don't understand why you have the need to yell at patients and have the nerve to say why did you come to emergency, go home.Maybe you should have choose another career cause you clearly do not care for patients. I had the opportunity to sit with my grandpa in the ER after waiting 5 hours to see Dr. Armstrong. Observed him laughing and gossiping with his the nurses and the nurse was was helping my grandpa smirking and rolling her eyes at him. LUKE JEFFERY ARMSTRONG HAD THE NERVE TO SAY WHY DID YOU COME HERE. He is racist i've seen him talk to white people with respect but if you are different colour he treats you like dirt. Terrible Doctor needs to work in a care home or take a break.

I had the opportunity to watch Dr. Armstrong work in the ER for several hours while I accompanied my husband for an urgent health issue. He is one of the hardest working doctors I've seen and would speak to every patient with respect and patience. He apologized for the wait times (not the doctors fault) and treated each person like they were his only patient. I saw him get warm blankets, water and even help out patients who weren't his own. He seemed to get along well with the nursing staff and I could see they enjoyed working together. His patients seemed to really like him. Great doctor

Long wait in the ER but Dr. Armstrong was apologetic and took his time to hear my concerns and address them all. This was my second encounter with Dr. Armstrong, the first was last year with my sick child. I have read the previous reviews and do not agree at all, we have only had very positive experiences with him. He clearly likes his job and seems to manage the stress of an ER department well.

For chest pain and shortness of breath? Luke Armstrong is a toxic man. He lacks empathy, kindness and compassion. I'd advice you not to see this Doctor because he is toxic, unprofessional and rude and racist.

Amazing physician. Took the time to explain a complex diagnosis to my elderly mother and was able to patiently answer all our questions. He arrange quick followup. Overall very satisfied
