My mom was operated by Dr.Lachance . My family and I can’t thank him enough for taking care of our elderly mother the way he did . Compassionate , super knowledgeable , very attentive . He held her hand until she fell asleep before the surgery - she was so afraid and he saw that and made sure she was reassured … That means everything . There are no words to Thank you so much Dr.Lachance for your excellent dedication & expertise we appreciate you so much .

Our mother got re operated 2days ago, with our amazing doctor LaChance , a reversal was done , he is truly one of a kind , his competency and attentiveness is indescribable to say the least . Dr Lachance m’a opéré pour un appendicite et m’a fait 2 coloscopies. Il est très professionnel et compétent.

Jeune médecin peu empathique, qui adopte une approche diagnostique mécanique et une attitude abrupte lors des interventions. Refuse tout commentaire et s’offusque aux remarques. Manque de respect de l'intimité, exigeant de se dévêtir sans fournir de blouse de malade lors des consultations avec l'infirmière. Pourtant, on reçoit une formation aux bonnes manières à l'égard des patients pendant les études de médecine à l'UdeM, il me semble…

Aucune écoute, se fait une idée sur le patient avant même de l’avoir examiné …  pire coloscopie de ma vie … tellement mal qu’il a dû demander à l’infirmière de me tenir car il ne m’avait pas assez sédaté en plus tellement professionnel qu’il a dit à venez voir comment il est gros ce polype… pour lui je n’avais rien et je n’étais rien …
