Doctor Gray provided exemplary service.  He aided me through a very trying time in my life.  I was diagnosed with a brain tumour, which began to impact my sight and hearing  shortly after commencing under his care.  He was professional and compassionate, and handled my case with grace in such a delicate fashion, that I was able to approach my treatment like a champ.  Under his care, I studied sign language and braille, something I never would have been able to undertake without his unending support.  In addition, I had other struggles that complicated my care, and he assisted me every step of the way.  My two young children had Autism challenges and were terrified of health care professionals, yet Doctor Gray was not only able to connect with them, but made their appointments fun and entertaining.  He has a remarkable personality and not only is he gifted in dealing with children, but his sense of humour is par none.  My children adored Doctor Gray, as did I.  I only wish I was able to tell him all of this in person, to his face!  I really hope he is one day recognized for his tireless efforts he makes in the community, especially with regards to military families.  I know my ex-husband was always very grateful to him for taking such great care of his family.  Thank you, Doctor Gray, for being such a stand-up example of what a health care professional should be like!  In my life, I have had so many doctors to deal with my many complications, everything from mental health to diabetes, and never, have I ever, had such great care as I did with you!  If I could hand you an award myself, I would!  Sincerely, Jacinta Horacki (formerly Jacinta Diggins) and of course, Elliott, Owen and our beloved Dog Guide that you also worked with, Petrie.  We love you and really hope that wherever life takes you, it treats you as well as you did all of us!
