Dr. Jaana Kastikainen has been my psychiatrist since April of 2019 after a difficult labour/delivery. She has been wonderful throughout! Dr. Kastikainen is very understanding, supportive, unbiased, and very caring! I highly recommend her to anyone seeking help that are uncertain. I was very shy at first but she made me feel comfortable through and through! There are two main things that stand out the most to me with Dr. Kastikainen. (1) She is NOT a "pill pusher"! She focuses on root cause and every way to help. (2) She is completely welcoming of breastfeeding! She makes it known that baby is always welcome and if you happen to breastfeed, that if you're comfortable to, you can! Honestly, she's perfect. Thank-you so much Dr. Kastikainen! - D.B.
