She explained my condition and the proposed treatment plan with clarity and patience, ensuring I fully understood everything. Her genuine compassion and kindness made me feel seen, heard, and completely at ease during what was an anxious time for me. It is rare to find a physician who so seamlessly combines expert medical knowledge with such a warm bedside manner. I left the appointment feeling confident in her care and finally optimistic about my health. I highly recommend Dr. Kivenko without any reservation.

Je suis un patient récent du Dr Kivenko.  Je l'ai trouvée très compétente et expérimentée.  Elle a écouté attentivement mes préoccupations, m'a donné des conseils et m'a prescrit quelques tests nécessaires.  J'ai vraiment apprécié qu'étant extrêmement occupée, elle ait trouvé le temps de répondre aux questions que j'avais, même s'il fallait le faire vite pour ne pas faire attendre les autres patients.

I’ve been dealing with different doctors and I was always trying to find the one who listens to you, who asks questions and takes your concerns seriously. I was very impressed with Dr. Kivenko. She is not just knowledgeable and attentive, she really cares about her patients which is very rare. She asked me a lot of questions, she waived some of my concerns, that were just my worries, but she took seriously other issues. I am very glad that one of my friends recommended her to me and that I was able to get an appointment with her.

I have seen her several times so far, and I was getting exactly what I was expecting from the doctor: knowledge, attention, sincere concern. Thank you Dr. Kivenko!

I took my daughter last week and was very pleased with doctor Kivenko’s service.

She wasn't on time.. she didn't listen or even explain.. I found her a bit rude

Doctor is always late without remorse. Doesn’t listen to her patients needs. Will easily dismiss concerns ready to prescribe medication rather than to further investigate. Never smiles.
