Dr Besner made me feel heard, and cared for when he took care of me on separate visits, for separate issues. After a couple times of meeting him (abdo issues), he was very calm and nonjudgmental when I was in a sorry state with my mental health. Honestly the FIRST doctor to listen to me regarding this, and I really, really appreciate it. Previously doctors (not in this town, but Sudbury) told me to 'Man up' when it came to life long depression. The contrast was great. My appreciation is endless! Thank you Eric!
