Fucking idiot

Doctor Luo is one of the best doctors I have ever met.  I landed on this page while I tried to find her clinic information in order to see if she accepts patient in family practice.  Then I decided to write a review on her.  She does not talk much, only informative or important things patient should know.  She really cares for the patient (I went to emergency because of finger cut) and is knowledgable and professional.  I had difficulty in the Engligh communication, but when I said the first sentence, she already knows what my question will be.  It seems that she might also experience the pain of finger cut before too.  Important thing to me is: she really cares for her patients and feel for them and knows what is the best solution for her patients. 

She was great, consulted with me in the ER for Kidney stone, kept me informed and got me out in good time. Thanks.

Dr Yun Yu Lindy Luo is amazing Doctor and cares about her patients and is very smart and helpful. She is the best.

She was unprofessional (answered the phone and left the room in the middle of the consultation), very slow, scattered, didn’t have an understanding of the situation, severity of issues, and was very confused. She didn’t seem nearly as competent as the other ER doctors. No bedside manner and not helpful at all.
