this is really bad doctor. I waited for more than 2hrs to see the doctor. Then the doctor came in for 1 minute then he left the room. I thought he was coming back since he was only in the room for about 1 minute after waiting for 2hrs. This is the first time even meeting him no introduction nothing. He just came in told me my blood pressure is good and then left the room. I would not recommend going to this doctor and if I can give less than 1 start I would. horrible service

Unprepared, late, rude and arrogant.

This arrogant doctor is constantly so late and will always take 1-2 hours to actually call you when making a virtual appointment. I understand doctors can have busy schedules but he’s literally the only doctor who takes more than an hour to call you whereas I’ve never had this issue with a different doctor before and they have always called on time. Seems like he needs to learn how to get himself more organized because buddies lacking it. Patients can have busy schedules themselves it’s so unfair for us to wait for him to call when he pleases. We book at a specific time for you to call for a reason. He should especially NOT be treating patients with mental health. It’s very clear he does not care about his patients and wants them over with as fast as he can. He will not give you time to speak and will immediately prescribe you. Please do not see this doctor regarding any mental health he does not care. 

Was one hour and a half late for my online apointment. I was glad he called back, but he tried to rush it. When I suggested to give more time for the pacients in the future, he said this is the nature of the system, which is a mentality many doctors have. It was nice of him he said it would take in consideration my suggestions to extend the apointment standart leght.

Never showed up to the schedule appointment. How is this doctor still in practice? 

I very rarely leave negative comments but I do feel that it’s necessary to inform other patients of Dr. Dayal, whom I’ve seen 3-4 times this year to renew prescriptions for my mental health issues. In my experience, he’s extremely condescending, impatient, dismissive, and overall unhelpful. He’s also NEVER on time. For example, if your appointment is at 2pm, it’s highly likely that you’d spend the next 1.5-2 hours in the virtual waiting room, and when he’s finally online, he’d give you maximum 5 minutes and hang up. He also rushes you through all of your questions and issues, and dismisses any concerns that you may have. He has all of the qualities that a doctor should never have, and it’s really unclear why he chose this career path. 

Booked a virtual care appointment through Appletree and he was over 1 hour late. He spoke over me multiple times when I tried to explain to him why I take a certain medication. Apparently, I’m “too young (25) to be taking the medication” and refused to do a full refill of it despite me being on the medication for over 4 years. He deserves 0 stars, avoid at all costs.

Booked a virtual appointment with him, ended up calling me 2 hours after the appointment was scheduled and only talked for 30 seconds without giving me an explanation pertaining to what I was experiencing. Told me he would send me to do a blood test but never received the doctor's recommendation. AVOID THIS DOCTOR

Same as people below, he showed up 1 hour late for the appointment and told me I was wrong about I wanted the appointment for and disregarded my questions. 

Terrible doctor ever. Save yourself , don’t ever take even virtual care appointment with him. Writing complaint online or sending an email to apple tree won’t help much. This guy should be reported to the College of Physicians and his license should be revoked. I wished I could give negative stars! 

Rudest doctor I have ever encountered in Appletree. 4 hours late on my appointment and was rude and talking down on your sickness for 2 minutes. Don't waste your time even booking an appointment. Such a disgrace to medicine in my opinion. 

This person was not helpful. Its not clear why he in this position to provide advice at all.

Listening is a skill and he definitely lacks it. Dont compromise the number (quantity) of patients wiht quality of services delivered. Coming to conclusions without listening to symptoms? It should have been a pleasant, listened to appt

I wish I can give zero stars to this doctor. 

He’s a human disgrace of a doctor. Went to him with severe pneumonia symptoms, and he wouldn’t even prescribe me an x-Ray or a proper antibiotic to treat it. In few days, paramedics took me to the hospital because of this “professional”. Please stay away from him at all costs. Don’t risk your life. 

Dr wouldn't even let me 

Doctor was almost 2 hours late for appointment. Went to pick up prescription today doctor gave me 1 tab with 2 repeats. It's an anxiety medication that I take daily. Completely incompetent. Pharmacy has request assistance with this I am told could take days for a correction. I take this medication daily for years. Oh and if I want that prescription now the 1 pill with 2 repeats pharmacy can give it to me but it's almost $60 !!! because of dispensing fees. Is he just in it for money how can someone like this be a doctor.

Called for my virtual appointment 2 hours late and stayed on the phone with me for less than a minute

Lol I booked a phone appointment and he never called me. How professional 

I had an appointment booked with Dr. Rajpal Dayal through Appletree Medical Group's Virtual Care function. I logged into the link 5 minutes before my appointment. I waited for 30 minutes without any response. I then called Appletree contact number to inquire about this, and they said that Dr. Dayal was running behind schedule. Then I receive a message by Dr. Dayal in the portal saying that he can't reach me by phone or video and that he is "going to try again in 10 minutes". I reply saying "I'm here" (I never left the call), and he proceeds to cancel the appointment altogether. Completely unacceptable. 

I am sure he's an alright doctor at the start of his day. But if you have an evening appointment (5pm) he will rush through your appointment in legitamtely 2 minutes, to try and make up for his delay and leave on time. He asked me one question, and clearly just wanted to end the appointment. May be important to note it was a virtual appointment
