Dr. Amy Liao was very patient, she took her time. She has a caring and empathetic manor. I have visited her numerous times now. As I have been a patient of hers for over 4 years now.

She was very rush and kicked me out even I only talked her less 10 mins but my appointment time was 15 mins.

The most unprofessional doctor I’ve ever come across. First she was running late and was obnoxiously trying to open the door that was locked. I was waiting in line and she turned to me saying “how am I supposed to get to work if the door is locked?” I assumed it was her first time at this clinic. When I entered the room, she actually called me on my phone asking my concerns. I told her I was in the room if she could see me and she hung up on me and then entered the room. She kicked out my spouse from the room, there are no longer covid protocols and it’s a patients right to have someone in the room with them. She said she had to act like a bouncer and kick people out. She made me feel very uncomfortable from the start. She was talking over me and rushing, I was only in her office a whole 3 minutes and 12 seconds and she needed to do a pap! She left me in the room and didn’t provide me a gown as she said she didn’t know where they were, I had to search for one myself. It’s a small office how do you not know where things are. At least look for it instead of the patients looking. She also kept trying to enter the room when I stated I was still getting dressed. She was very impatient and rude. She was very loud so the entire waiting room can hear my business. I don’t know if she was having a bad day however you don’t take that out on your patients. She was so unhelpful and refused to do standard tests on me. She told me of an over the counter medicine to grab and walked out the room without providing me the name. It was a long medical name and I told her I won’t know what I’m looking for so if she can write it down. She then went to write it down and claimed she didn’t know the name either and she has to google the name. She’s a young doctor and she’s not nearly qualified to be a professional doctor. I can’t imagine how she treats children or elders.
