Asked for referral to specialist 3 times, 1. It's very hard to get an appointment with that type of specialist. 2. Said he made the referral, Specialist never received it. 3. Was told that's not how doctors work. 

The secretary is rude to everyone that walks in. Waiting for my appointments, people will approach her, and after less the a minute, they look around at the other people in the room and in astonishment and the other patients just shake their heads in disbelief. I have also been alone in the waiting room, and listened to the phone ring and go unanswered for my entire wait.  When I call, she never answers and the voice mail is always full.  She does call back if call 5 or more times in a row.

Previously, I held positions as a contract cleaner and in various kitchen and general maintenance roles within the cafeteria for both the doctor and his wife, Neela. Despite our consistent tardiness in receiving our paychecks, we initially offered our assistance to the couple, as they were new to the business. However, over the course of a year, we made the difficult decision to resign due to the unprofessional and rude behavior exhibited by both the doctor and his wife towards their employees and each other. Notably, the doctor publicly disregarded his wife’s rights within the building, despite the fact that it was in front of Neela’s very eyes.

While Neela was the sole individual responsible for writing our salaries, we ultimately made the decision to depart. Recently, the doctor has refused to pay us our salaries, providing increasingly unreasonable excuses. As of now, he has not paid us the money we earned, which totals over $3000, and has been evasive about the matter for two months. Furthermore, he has the audacity to assert his ownership of the building. I strongly advise against recommending this individual as an employer, for rentals, or as a doctor.

I was hoping to be seen by a doctor. I do not know if that happened at all. The supposedly doctor is very rude and unethical. He showed no respect nor care for my health. He basically just admitted that he cannot simply do his job and told me to leave. English is not my first language, but he would not even let you speak, as he would raise his voice and cut you off when you don’t agree with him. I am seeking out to the authorities because this quack doctor should not be let to abuse anyone anymore, and specially those who is in need of medical care, like myself. 

The worst doctor I have ever encountered!

This guy has been my friends doctor for a couple of years. He didn’t look after her very well. She now has lung cancer because he didn’t do his job. He should not be allowed to practice in Canada

I’ve had Dr.Dutta as my doctor for a few years and whenever I go in with issues he googles what it could be. I had serious stomach problems and had a colonoscopy and tried to follow up with him and he said everything was fine but it actually wasn’t. Turns out I have serious inflammation. He also charged me 175 dollars for a 1 sheet paper he had check off yes or no questions and on top of that didn’t do it properly. The secretary was supposed to fax it and after two weeks found it it didn’t go through so when I called to see what the issue was she told me their fax machine didn’t work properly! Meanwhile told me I wasn’t allowed to fax it myself. This doctor and his staff are very unprofessional. Whenever I’m in the waiting room the secretary answers calls on speaker phone which is terrible having people speak about their private reasons for needing an appointment while people can hear everything. They need working office electronics and stop taking ridiculous amounts of money from people for the simplest letters. He needs to go, not to mention all the other terrible reviews 

He is very kind and listen to my problems. Given me good advise. We are glad he is our family doctor.

I am shocked at how this dr is allowed to practice in Canada. Worst experience of my life 

After visiting this doctor, I left disappointed with the overall experience. The doctor's punctuality was lacking, as I had to wait longer than expected for the appointment. Furthermore, I found the communication skills to be subpar, as the doctor appeared indifferent and did not effectively convey information about my health concerns.

What concerned me the most was the noticeable reliance on internet searches during the appointment to try and diagnose my health issues. As a patient, I value a doctor's expertise and felt disheartened by this approach.

I believe that a doctor's role should encompass timely appointments, effective communication, and professional diagnosis without resorting solely to online resources. I hope that these aspects can be improved for the benefit of future patients."

I am very pleased with the service I received from Dr Dutta.  He knows his stuff and I feel very well taken care of with his advice towards getting my health a bit better. 

Stay away, you have phone appointment does not call the day of the appointment you have xray/blood work done and insists the results are not available 2 weeks later..  DO NOT RECOMMEND

This doctor should not be practising. He does not read specialists’ reports OR does not understand them. He writes wrong requisitions. He does not follow up with patients. Strongly Do NOT recommend

This doctor schould not be allowed to practice in Canada.

He is the worst doctor ever. He would not return calls or care enough to call the patient back to discuss or treat. Last time I was having thyrotoxicosis and he called 4-5 weeks after despite leaving 1000 voicemails.
