Don’t normally write re Jews but was prompted to do so after seeing a negative review of Dr. Wendy Cui. I find her to be very kind, empathetic and knowledgeable. Will continue being her patient as long as I am able. Appreciate her competence and helpful advice.

Dr. Wendy Cui is NOT a good doctor.. She does not listen to her patients. She is extremely rude. She does not provide the proper requested tests for her patients. She focuses too much on anxiety.

I have attended Dr. Cui for a few years and I am very happy with her.  She listens, is understanding that I am ‘pro-active’ & is very compassionate.  I am very pleased that she is my Family Dr.

Dr. Cui is amazing. She is attentive and doesn't make you feel rushed. She thoroughly answers any questions. Hard to find doctors like this now a days. 

Dr.Cui is the most impressive doctor I have seen In years! My husband went for an appointment and we both were impressed! She is a doctor that doesn’t continuously look at the computer to talk to you! She looks at you and  thoroughly explains to her knowledge the problem you are having and her recommendations. She is empathetic and caring and doesn’t rush you out of the office. I would highly recommend her to anyone! She is outstanding!

Dr Cui has always taken my concerns seriously. Both myself and my daughters are with her and she has done a great job when I have any concerns. I was there for an appointment for my daughter and she asked me how I was doing with a concern I was there for months ago. It meant a lot she remembered to ask, hard to find these days! 

Dr. Cui is an outstanding physician. My wife and I have been seeing her for nearly three years now. She is very knowledgeable, compassionate and empathetic. As a fellow physician, I count myself lucky to have such an exemplar physician caring for my family and me. 

I’ve been a patient at this same practice for 38 years and when my original Dr Tim Salter retired Wendy Cui took over the practice . 

Dr. Cui has not been helpful whatsoever, when I go into the clinic for a pre booked appointment I am guaranteed to wait at least thirty minutes beyond my appointment time before I am able to see her, she is cold and dismissive with little to no bedside manner. Furthermore, when my pharmacy faxes a refill request for a medication which I have to daily daily and have been on for several years, it takes her more than three business days to get around to sending my prescription back. I would absolutely recommend finding a different physician. 

Wendy has always shown me excellent care and compassion. She goes out of her way to ensure all of your problems are being looked so you can always have ease of mind. In a personal experience, she went out of her way to call every single pharmacy in the GTA to find a medication I really needed, and personally called me to tell me where. She always makes time for her patients, no matter how big or small the issue is. I never feel like I can’t talk to her about sometning.

No idea where negative reviews come from. Best doctor i have ever had. Always professional and cares so much about her patients. Would never have any hesitations about discussing an issue with her. We need more doctors like her

I had an extremely poor experience with Dr Cui. She acted very unprofessionally towards me and used inappropriate language with me after i expressed my frustration about her lack of follow up, care and accuracy. I switched doctor's because i did not feel safe or cared for and staff expressed frustration with her being unresponsive and she lied to the other physician about me. Dr. Cui is not capable, caring or kind.

She does not have proper solution for my problem and, most importantly as a doctor, she does not want to confront the problem and do a bit of research to inform her patient. Meanwhile, she chooses to ignore my request for and simply delays whatever I ask for. When the test results come back, she does not call me personally but asks her office to call who again very rudely says something very curt. I suspect that she does it on purpose, although I don't know what the reason is. All in all, as a patient, I feel extremely ignored and belittled by her.

Advises to take more drugs regardless if the side effects will take weeks to subside - extremely unprofessional; needs to relearn to be a doctor

Dr. Cui is very professional and I found that she was knowledgeable about everything we discussed.
