was not pleasant having to go to emergency, but Doctor was excellant as was the rest of the team, had a long wait, but at least issues was found

I wish every doctor was this doctor.

Doctor McPhail is a very caring doctor. He does not rush you. Seriously not a typical doctor, he is a good man.

Great experience, I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Doctor were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how the Doctor really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. The doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend him.

Dr. McPhail gets it. From his excellent treatment, curiosity, investigative mind and ability to connect, you know where you stand immediately and what next steps look like.

Dr McPhail is an incredible human, had myself and the nurses laughing as he reset the bone in my arm. The orthopedic surgeon I saw later said he did a good job and saved me a surgery. 

Knowledgable, hears the patient. Finds solution to fast diagnose the problem and solution to treat it in timely manner. Impressed!! Thanks for your service, Nicholas!
