He scammed ohip and moved to the states, faked his death hoping his old patients would feel bad for him when really he just screwed you over before leaving the country and leaving all his patients in the dark un able to refill there medication. Tbh he belongs in jail for what he did. 

Left the country and his patients with zero notice ahead of time or after.  I called the college of physicians and surgeons and he’s now in the US

Been a patient for 7 years and without warning his patients he just quit and isnt planing on renewing his license to practice medicine. When i went to the pharmacy to refill my prescriptions they couldnt refill them and i went into servre benzodiazepine withdrawl and ended up in the hospital having seizures and hallucinating. If he ever renews his licence do not go with this doctor, he left me for dead along with all his other patients. The one thing positive i can say is i admire his ability to not feel remorse and just mentally break all his patients and walk away without even a warning. I will never trust a doctor again thanks dr cardan. 

He is very knowledgeable and understanding. He is very honest and professional. Grate doctor.

Very friendly and courteous. The receptionist and doctor as a whole are both on time and you're in and out around your scheduled time.❤️ Doctor seemed to know and understand my issues before I even said much which was great. Has been my doctor for ADHD/anxiety for little over 2 years now. No complaints.
