Doctor Guillaume Dumais MD, was very professional and he take time to explain me everything, was my first time to go at Saint -eustace hospital emergency on July 3, 2024 for urine catheter, I'm from Ontario.

Only thing the  nurse lady was so rude she didn't explain nothing regarding how to change my bag, she even didn't give any spares bag, but the doctor was okay.
