Dr. Tassone was very friendly and easy to talk to. He explained everything to me before and during the procedure that I needed and was very knowledgable and readily answered questions. he went above and beyond to fully investigate the issue.

Dr Tassone saw me in the ER when I came in with severe abdominal pain and was vomiting blood. He did not do enough to ensure his diagnosis of an ulcer was correct. I had no history of ulcers. I was sent home where my pain became worse and I returned to the ER days later. I never had an ulcer. I had appendicitis. Due to his error, I ruptured at home. I was hospitalized for 8 days, had 2 open abdominal surgeries including a major bowel resection. All due to damage caused by my appendix rupturing. Due to this I have 2 chronic conditions. Bile Acid malabsorption and immunity issue due to not having the organ that absorbs needed vitamins. The doctor I saw when I came back to the ER said that Dr Tassone should have done a scan and if he had, he would not have missed my appendicitis. I 100% believe he dismissed my pain because I take anxiety medication and am a woman. I wish I sued him but I was too sick to deal with a lawsuit at the time and now the window has passed.

I went into the Royal Victoria Emergency on Saturday night of the Labor Day Weekend. I thought I might be having a stoke. Dr Tassone  was assigned to look after me. I can't say enough good things about him. I also had abdominal pains and after a few short questions he sent me for further testing. It took a while,  but he diagnosed my problem. It was quite a surprise as I had never heard of the condition before. I found he was though and astute. If I could, I would not hesitate in asking to become a normal patient if I lived in Barrie.

Went to Emerg at Royal Victoria Hospital. I found Dr.Nicholas Tassone pleasant, caring and patient. He was knowledgeable and he treated me with the utmost respect. Thank you Dr. Tassone a very positive experience. 

Dr. Nicholas Tassone  took care of me in the Emerg Department at RVH, I found him polite, caring, thorough and very knowledgeable.

Dr Tassone seemed very uninterested in my reason for going to the ER.

Nicholas Tassone shouldn't be a doctor, pointless to go to emerge if hes working because unless you're physically dying (ie visibly broken arm, knife in abdomen) unless he can actual see that you're medically unwell he wont do anything. he wont let you actually tell him what's wrong, hell continuously cut you off, hell ask what yiouwant then will refuse everything. He also wont properly document why you were there so please make sure to get a copy of that and when he doesnt properly document why you were there, make a complaint to the er (usually you call patoent realtions) his behavior is bordering malpractice...

Because of this so called doctor who refused to help me or listen to me in the ER I have been Suffering for 2 years and my issue has gone from bad to worse because it was ignored and I was told nothing was wrong with me. Instead of giving me medicine for my ulcer he chose to lock me up instead due to his false opinion because of stress due to an ulcer. The psychiatrist said he would of NEVER locked me up for coming to the ER for an ulcer due to trauma and he’s a Psychiatrist. The ulcer has now turned into something very serious and it’s all his fault. He told me I had no issue but he was clearly WRONG. He seemed jealous of me and like he had a Personal issue with me and wanted to hurt me worse than I already was. I do not understand how this person is in the ER or medical field. He should lose his license. 

He is burned out. Very kurt and rude. He needs to understand nobody wants to go to the ER for fun and are suffering and in genuine need of help. I dont know where to take my mother in future. I definitely want to avoid him.

“Dr” Nicholas Tassone is a very Horrible human beibg and a Horrible “doctor” he should lose his practise. Horrible, terrible person. Do not trust this “man”.
