Similar situation as December 2023 review - I was sent if for a consultation for a surgery my FHT believes I need. Dr. Grant was too clever by half, giving me contradictory answers before send me on my way.

Arrogant, has air of not really caring for the patient, air of being superior, poor bed-side manner. 

Also didn't tell me the truth about results of my diagnostic scan. Why a surgeon would deceive a patient like this is beyond me. Said that I have A, where as I learned from a different source that diagnostic scan showed I have B.

Said he couldn't operate on me without giving a clear reason.I'm happy I never got under his knife.

If you're referred to him, look for a different surgeon.

Dr.Robert Ian Grant has been my surgeon for little while...he successfully performed a mastectomy on me June 29 2022 & is a skilled surgeon, kind& patient also has sense of humour..his nurses & assistants  are nice& polite . Dr.Grant is a pleasure to talk to ...I'm grateful to be under his care

The receiptionist is a rude women and yelled at me on the phone because I woke up with a fever and cancelled my appointment.  I have a fever of 38.1 and I have a sore throat.  She told me she will never book me in again to see dr.ian grant
