Somehow this Dr is the "ordering physician" on a pcr test upon entering canada.
Never met the man, he is located in Quebec but my test was performed in Toronto pearson airport.

terrible doctor. He was showing up as prescribing me tests. I have never met this doctor nor would I ever consent to a doctor prescribing me tests. He is prescribing in Alberta, although he does not hold a practice permit in Alberta.

Dr. Joseph Fragapane was the ordering physician on my covid test upon arrival in Canada. This guy is obviously in cahoots with the Canadian government. Why on earth does this quack have the right to be the ordering physician for a test for me?
