I saw Dr. Pooni for an anal fistula after many other specialist visits and suffering for years.  There can be a wait for surgery but I am now finally cured!!

Great job with my emergency appendix surgery last month. Quick recovery , no issues for follow up , going back for colonoscopy in a few months …..

Dr Pooni is the best!!! He has been my dads doctor since last year when he was diagnosed with rectal cancer. He took the time to answer all of our questions and encouraged us to stay positive. He even met with my brothers by zoom to keep them updated. Thankfully the rectal cancer surgery and reversal surgery 6 months later went smoothly. We just saw him for the 1 year check up and he is cancer free! A very skilled and kind surgeon. Can't thank you enough for helping my father.

‘Dr’ Pooni met with me after I had endured an injuring for 7 months. Without even looking at the issue he said he wanted to give it a couple months and see me back. I had to demand he actually look at which time he scheduled me for surgery. I arrived early for my 10:45 appointment and sat with an IV in until 3:30 when he told me he had run out of time and I’d have to be rescheduled. Gave no explanation other than basically putting his hands up. Didn’t reschedule me, I have to go through the entire process again starting with my family doctor referral. I will absolutely not be getting a referral to Pooni. Egotistical and condescending and downright rude person and I have a feeling it had a lot to do with my sexuality because his attitude did a complete shift when I told him the injury was sustained during anal sex. 

An excellent doctor!
He removed my gallbladder, I healed very fast, his hands have a healing touch!
