She is a doctor without kindness 

Very rude, 
For her, emergency means only when she can see someone bleeding or with visual trauma. She doesn't think that her negligence in giving Tylenol for pain and not doing what she was supposed to do ((X-ray etc. or doing other studies)) can hurt someone. she doesn't know how to diagnose or treat a patient with some internal trauma because if she does not see blood, she thinks it is nothing serious 
This kind of doctor needs to be reviewed 
More often, she should be working in a retail or cashier, not as a doctor
