Not a review, more of a question really.... apparently Dr Tiberiu Anghel does not practice medicine anymore (at least with Physimed) and I have been told I was dropped as a patient for this reason (no one notified me, of course). So now I don't have a family doctor, and I don't understand how his reviews are dated this year, as long as at the clinic I have been told he stopped practicing medicine for about a year...

I was pleasantly surprised with the services received via Telus. My employer used another virtual care provider in the past and the care was nowhere near as good as the one I got via Telus and Dr Anghel.

We saw Dr Anghel through Telus Health Care.
The daycare had called us since our little guy wasn't doing too well and we couldn't get an appointment with our pediatrician.

I was experiencing horrible seasonal allergies this summer and my go-to medications weren't working anymore. 
I have access through my employer to Telus telemed and I got assigned Dr Anghel.
Life-saver!
On top of being very pleasant and attentive, the prescriptions he sent to my pharmacy have worked amazingly well.

I saw multiple doctors, dietitians, acupuncturists, naturopaths for my abdominal pain and diarrhea and Dr Anghel was the first one to pinpoint the source of my symptoms. He recommended that I try to stop eating gluten and after 2 weeks, my problems went away!

Dr Anghel m'a aidé lorsque je vivais une situation difficile avec mon employeur et j'ai dû prendre un arrêt pour un "burn out". Son infirmière Isabelle et lui m'ont aidé à remonter la pente. J'ai changé d'emploi suite à nos discussions et je suis très contente du suivi que j'ai eu ces deux dernières années.

He's been the family doctor for my husband, my daughter and myself for 7 years and he's always taken good care of us. We were sad to hear that he was leaving Physimed.

Left physimed without notice now his patients won’t be given a new doctor.

This doctor decided to quit without providing any notices to his patients. Unprofessional, unethical, irresponsible. Will be looking at making a formal complaint with the medical board and will be encouraging every one else to do the same!

Physimed informed us that he quit without notice. Due to the lack of notice we won’t be given another doctor. He was supposed to notify his patients that he would be leaving but we did not receive anything from him. Beyond unprofessional.

This doctor or no doctor is the same thing! It's a ghost!

Impossible d'obtenir un rendez-vous avec le Dr. Anghell depuis les débuts de Covid.  Les réceptionistes chez Physimed étaient frustrés d'être incapable de répondre aux questions concernant la disponibilité du Dr. Anghell.  Je suis son patient depuis quelques années avant Covid.  Quand j'ai eu des épisodes difficiles de santé, je n'ai jamais pu le contacter... il faut toujours que j'aille à l'urgence ou à une clinique sans rendez-vous.  Ça donne quoi d'avoir un tel médecin à son dossier? Ça me donne la possibilité de prendre rendez-vous (ironique, non?) à la clinique sans rendez-vous de Physimed.
