Dr. Arya was very knowledgeable,  genuine, polite and gave good advice and cared for the well being of his patients. 

It is shame that I can’t give zero star! I have seen Gastroenterologist "Arya Aman" in late 2016, he was impatient and disrespectful, I had to wait a long time each time to visit him although his clinic was empty!!! He has no idea of Gastroscopy I believe. DO NOT waste your time and money with such an unprofessional individual called “doctor”!!! Here is my story: I was in pain, stomach bloating and vomiting right after eating and while I was explaining my symptoms to him, he kept cutting me off, never let me finish my sentences. Impatiently he spent less than 5 min with me. After putting me through Endoscopy and colonoscopy, he said that my stomach is nervous!!! and there is no issue with my stomach but Acid Reflux and H-pylori. Each time I went back complaining about getting worse he prescribed different anti acids plus giving me Iron pills same time using anti acids which is wrong and added sever constipation and hemorrhoid to my illness. My iron level was low, and he suddenly forgot why I went to visit him, and he said he must fix my iron level first, my issues can come from iron deficiency!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Antacids should NOT be taken at the same time as iron supplements). Here are the results of my Endoscopy and colonoscopy by him: Moderate degree of Helicobacter pylori associated active chronic gastritis! I went back again and again, and he kept prescribing me Iron pills and anti-acids! I was really in bad situation… Then I decided to stop seeing him because of what I explained. Then I met a few different specialists and based on “Arya Aman’s misdiagnosis” on my Endoscopy and colonoscopy report , I have been given anti acids. Until I met a General Family Doctor, Dr. Mike, since then he has been my family doctor and he will for the rest of my life! A very knowledgeable, patient and extremely nice “DOCTOR”. Dr.Mike told me that most likely based on my explanation and symptoms I have a “Very Large Hiatus Hernia” and most likely I need surgery. He sent me to do a “Barium Swallow Test” right after I met him for the first time. And here are the results: FINDINGS: There is a “Very Large Paraesophageal Hiatus Hernia”. There is a sliding component also. The esophageal mucosa and motility are normal and there is no reflux seen during study. The gastric mucosa is otherwise unremarkable. The duodenum is normal. IMPRESSION: Large Paraesophageal hiatus hernia. Dr.Mike sent me to a surgeon, and he ran another Endoscopy and he confirmed the same thing. I asked Dr.Mike to send me to another surgeon to confirm and he accepted and the second surgeon confirmed the same thing!!! Finally, I was happy that I found the source of my pain, but deep down in my heart I was upset that why I should carry this much pain because of lack of knowledge of my first “specialist”. Just want to say shame on you Arya Aman. You don’t deserve to be called Doctor, I have been in pain for years because of trusting you. DO NOT waste your time and money with such an unprofessional called “doctor”!!!
