Dr Wong is knowledgable and informative. But the receptionist taking the calls is terrible, she does not listen to patient's questions not to say their concerns. Her concern was to keep repeating she did not know anything so the message was there was nothing she could do to help nor to find out. This is pretty annoying. Understood arrangement can be different during COVID-19 but patient needs to know the next procedures especially for patient with a deteriating and weak kidney.
