Saw him in Lachine last week. Dr Normandin is efficient and friendly and I believe just what this godforsaken system needs

We consulted this doctor in Lachine and then again in Lasalle. He very quickly identified the main issue and gave an appropriate treatment (with follow up after 2 weeks). It was a fast appoinitment but Dr Normandin made sure all of our questions were answered before letting us leave. Very professional and thorough doctor

He's very nice but just isn't very good at his job. It's like pulling teeth. I do like him as a person but he needs to do better.

Appointment at Clinique Med Nam went for blood test results advised him my pharmacy sent me also for checking TSH my questions were cut short as his lunch arrived and he said that for any other medical questions I would need to once again book through the GAP to make another appointment, said he would fax over to my pharmacy my new dosage, that was May16, pharmacy never received anything, so I physically went back to clinic after contacting them they said they would send him a message regarding this issue! When I arrived at the clinic once again in person as I still did not receive anything from the doctor which he had said he would once again fax to pharmacy, he was not willing to speak to me. The admin staff had said they would follow up once again and promised it would be sent to my pharmacy. Today, 10 days after my visit with him still my pharmacy is awaiting the new medication dosage. This is unacceptable especially in the medical field to whom I am one on many millions without a family doctor.

N'a pas pris les problèmes médicaux en considération. Tombée sur la tête plusieurs fois et il ne fait que dire de prendre des tylenol, sans faire examiner. État gravement détérioré. De plus, renouvelle les médicaments sans revoir ni apeller les patients, manque de professionnalisme..

Direct, facile à parler, répond aux questions, efficace, pas de perte de temps mais ne m'a pas pressée non plus.

Notre père a été vu par dr chaterin Huang, hier matin, mais après 24h et becaup douleur nonsoulager elle a refusé de donner anti_ douleur et faire de la suivi ,il est tourist et elle nos a demandé de aller voir médecin et payé 180 $pour avoir 2em avis ou 2em  visit  pour réévaluer la douleur,mais dr normand à accepté de faire la suivi et avait prescrit anti-douleur sans frais, on apprécie beaucoup son aid et son responsabilité 

Ça fait 5 mois que ma pharmacie envoie des renouvèlements d’urgence et sans retour. J’ai téléphoné à la clinique à deux reprises. La première fois, on me dit qu’on va met mettre ma demande de renouvellement sur le dessus de la pile afin que ça soit fait. Finalement, ça n’a jamais été fait. Je téléphone de nouveau à la clinique pour me faire dire que je dois prendre un rendez-vous avec lui. Parfait, je prends un rendez-vous qui est 1 mois plus tard, on m’appelle 4 jours avant mon rendez-vous pour l’annuler et déplacer la date. Donc, ça fait 6 mois que je tente d’avoir un renouvellement de prescription qui est impossible d’avoir alors que ça toujours été faite par téléphone depuis des années. 

I love this doctor...he is really efficient and wastes no time but you never feel rushed. Treated my problem well. I would recommend him!

I have a specific health problem for already 6 months, that I treated in many walk-in-clinics with no success. I explained all the details to Dr Normandin, he gave me exactly the same treatment! I asked him for the radiography exam or something else to find out what is exactly my problem, he told me, that I don't need it and send me at home with the same prescription that I took with another doctor. I passed only 3 minutes with him, very brief diagnostic, he looked in his PC during all this quick visit

Very good, will listen to your concerns, sometimes a bit cold but does his job well
