Exactly one year ago today (May 22, 2025), Dr. Colin Francois Pierre-André performed surgery on my shoulder (SLAP repair and acromioplasty) at l'Hôtel-Dieu de Sorel. This past weekend, I competed in the grueling HYROX Ottawa functional fitness event and completed the entire race completely pain-free. This speaks volumes about the incredible quality of Dr. Pierre-André’s surgical expertise. I also want to give a massive thank you to Majelle Anctil, Physiothérapeute (Mouvement Physio). Her exceptional, targeted rehabilitation work was critical to getting my joint capsule and strength back to 100%. If you need orthopedic care, you are in the best hands here. — Marc Lalonde
