I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Grey and he's amazing. I have these scars for almost 5 years and I have tried everything. My family doctor referred me to Dr. Grey and I am very grateful that he did. Dr. Grey is very knowledgeable and he examined my scars thoroughly. He's soft-spoken but asked relevant questions in order for him to understand the type of scars I have. I love that he takes note and documents his findings, etc. He immediately provided treatment right at the first meeting so the scar condition would improve. I just had my follow up and he prescribed me meds and another follow up in the next couple of months. He's very hands-on. They're not yet 100% gone/healed but this is the best improvement I have seen from battling these scars for 5 years!! I could not wait to see the final result. But I 101% trust Dr. Grey in this process. I had to take down 1 star though because I did have a hard time getting an appointment and waited ssooo long to be booked and waiting for your turn on the day of your appointment could be a long wait, too. But I generally have to wait for all kinds of healthcare facilities here in the City anyways, so it's not like it's uncommon for me to wait to be served. But yes, overall I highly recommend Dr. Grey Dermatologist!

I greatly appreciate and highly recommend Dr. Gray's kind professionalism and thorough care. Dr. Gray goes above and beyond. his specialization to coordinate and demonstrate interest and care in my well being.

I just went to see Dr. Gray, after hearing about my parents skin cancer history he was very thorough and I felt heard. He was straight to the point but he was very polite and professional I, we have a health care shortage and he’s trying to see a lot of patients. He is sending me for additional tests which is very reassuring as well.

Dr. Gray was very thorough and went far above what he was initially consulted for. Very happy with his demeanour, attention to detail and thoroughness. I highly recommend him…

While dr Gray is knowledgeable, the wait time is usually an hour past the appointment time. Such a waste of personal time. Can your staff not do a better job at scheduling?

I had the same experience as others:  after 90 minutes of waiting I had to leave. I asked the office to reschedule the appt to first thing in the morning thinking this can’t happen when he first comes into the office- unfortunately it did. The office refused to book a third appointment…..

I have thoroughly enjoyed my two visits so far with Dr. Gray. He has a great sense of humour and was very competent. Funny how he gets only five star reviews and 1 star reviews. I question whether there is more going on with those 1 star reviews. At any rate, take them with a grain of salt. 

Dr. Gray's staff are the rudest and most disrespectful I have ever experienced.  Dr. Gray was not on time and I ended up leaving because I could not wait, however, I did not want to be seen by anyone who employs such incredibly unfriendly, rude and disrespectful staff.  I will request another dermatologist.  I don't care how good he is as a physician. 

Every appointment i have had with doctor gray has been terrible. i know waiting for appointments can be long but i am not expecting to wait over 1 and a half hours for a 15 minute appointment in which this man seemingly belittles me, rushes through the consultation, and mumbles through everything. this is the worst experience i have ever had. 

I found Dr. Gray to be thorough, professional and patient.  

I’m so glad I was able to find a new dermatologist because I never wanted to have to go back to this guy after my first interaction with him. I felt like such an inconvenience to him, he didn’t want to hear anything I was saying and was so dismissive. After waiting over an hour to be seen I wanted to just leave, I wish I would’ve too because all he did was prescribe me a cream that didn’t work, and he even told me he didn’t think it would work… then why prescribe it? 

Dr. Gray has zero time management or people skills. Every time I’ve seen him I’ve had to wait well beyond my appointment time before being seen. The longest I had to wait was just over 1.5 hours. So if you have an appointment with him before you need to be at work I highly suggest just taking the day off because it is likely you will be waiting there for awhile. He has no empathy and no personality, he mumbles and gives one word answers. I felt so rushed out the door. After I waited forever to be seen he made it out like he didn’t want to hear anything I was saying, just wanted to write a prescription and get me out. 

Although I appreciated how quickly he got us in and evaluated the skin problem, ordered testing and did biopsy.  The experience was traumatic, he is not friendly, not compassionate and very short in his answers.  You will not get in on time or anywhere close to on time.  I would not be going back there.  

I came in to have a skin tag removed from the area beside my eye. The doctor made me come back for 4 separate visits to complete the task that could have been handled on the first appointment. His staff was extremely rude and disrespectful and they were extremely behind. 

I saw Doctor Robin Gray on referral from my family doctor for a skin growth beneath my eye and on my cheek. He took a biopsy of each and sent them for a pathology diagnosis. The pathology report said the growth beneath my eye was cancerous; the growth on my cheek was benign. At a subsequent appointment he discussed the report with me, said he was referring me for surgery, and answered my questions. 

I never do this but as a business owner myself I know more than most what it takes to operate in terms of both business and interacting with the public. This man was so rude that I cancelled my appointment before going in and I encourage all others to seek any other doctor before him. 

I agree to stay away from this Doctor. He was very rude and condescending. Refused to explain his prescription. Very bad experience.

Honestly stay away. He was rude, uninterested and dismissive.  His approach was very aggressive and the medicines he prescribed would make my condition worse. My doctor was dissapointed in the prescriptions also and advised that he would never prescribe half of the stuff gray prescribed me.

Dr Gray was professional and thorough. On time and spent the time necessary to review and diagnose my issue. 

I visited Dr. Gray’s office and while I was there he picked up on an unrelated urgent medical issue. Dr. Gray and his staff went above and beyond and secured an appointment for me that day with an ENT specialist for a few days later. Without his concern for me I may have permanently lost my hearing but thanks to Dr. Gray and his staff my hearing has been restored. Not only is he a great dermatologist but it’s also comforting to know that there are physicians that really care about their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Gray, thanks so much! John

Dr Gray received a referral from my family doctor for a fast growing lesion on my leg and was very quick to respond, even calling me at home to collect more information and then fitting me into his busy schedule the very next day. He then referred me to a plastic surgeon who removed the lesion  a few weeks later, the lab results confirming Dr Gray’s diagnosis. I followed up with Dr Gray 2 weeks later where he very carefully removed my steri strips and stitches. Dr Gray was on time, professional and competent. His office staff were warm and friendly. 

Dr Robin Gray has been very helpful and given great advise, asks me questions and answers my questions. My skin has really improved since I've been seeing him

Over 1 1/2 hrs late, he was at the counter in front of me and seemed to have no regard for the patient. Once in the room any of my questions/comments on my appt. were dismissed. A mole was identified as needing to be removed (shave excision) but he said I had to come back for another appt. You cannot call the office and talk to anyone just voice mail. Stay away.
