Not only was he rude, and unhelpful, but I believe he is working with Dr. Lipis, Dr. Rodier, Dr. Wolfe, and my karmic family, who stole my inheritance and falsely diagnosed me with mental illnesses that I do not have. Docteur Vincent couldn’t even explain to me in a calm, cool, and collected manner why he would not sign papers for me to obtain a welfare check from the government. Corruption runs deep in Quebec, and everyone who played a role in trying to destroy my life deserves to be dealt with by the legal system. And it’s enough with the masks already.
