Aucun service, réceptionniste aucunement empathique, impossible de parler correctement à un médecin… ils ont fait mettre mon conjoint dans une liste d’attente pour une opération et personne lui explique ça consiste en quoi cette opération, impossible avoir des réponses

Today is June 1st and was supposed to receive a call from Dr. Nachabe this morning. NO ONE CALLED AND NO ONE ADVISED. This call is very important since I'm going through tough time after being released from the hospital. I find this act irresponsible
