REFUSED MEDICAL CARE OF 3 SICK CHILDREN!!!!! It truly saddens me to have to write this review as we have been coming to this walk-in clinic with our children for over 4 years now and have felt so welcomed and cared for however one encounter has changed that forever. Monday November 17th I came into the clinic at around 9:30 a.m. with three of my sick children. And 8 year old a 4 year old and a 1 year old. My 4 year old was in my lap as her fever was extremely high and she did not have the energy to walk on her own. My 1-year-old found the accessible button for the door interesting I asked him many times to stop pressing it however he is one in curiosity gets the best of them. The doctor came out of the office and advised me that the button was not a toy to which I told him I was aware of that and I was trying my best but unfortunately I was one parent with three children and he advised me to take care of my children. To parent my children. We exchanged words back and forth I advised him that he is a doctor and should go about seeing patients rather than telling a mother who has three sick children to mother her children. All in all he kicked me and my three very sick children out and refused to provide any medical care to us and when I requested his information so that I could file an appropriate complaint he tried to deny the receptionist provide me that information. I am completely mind blown out of his behavior I have never been treated this way in his facility. Moments before this interaction the receptionist was on the phone with a patient I can only assume advising them that the doctor is no longer filling in forms at this time as he is very overwhelmed. If he is overwhelmed in his position then maybe he should take a step back and allow the younger doctors to come in and assist in his overwhelmed abilities to care for patients. SICK CHILDREN.
