The clinic provided to us at Elmvale is less than standard.

My experience has been to be left outside up till 9:20 without access to waiting room just this past week.There's lunch 12:00-!:00 ; closed at 1:00 for walk in.

The reception is rude (two women no manners) including not answering telephones , at all.

I was told to "read the sign" although there are at least 20 posted notes all over.

Truly disappointed and I have tried on several occasions with similar results.

Thought you might want to know what the heck is going on within your institution.

My experiences have been terrible.
