Very disappointing experience. I booked a vaccine appointment for my parents on May 11 for a confirmed appointment on May 15. When we arrived at the pharmacy, the staff told us there were no vaccines available. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted our time. If the vaccine was unavailable, the pharmacy should have informed us before the appointment. Poor organization and lack of communication.
