Called back to find out about booking appoint with their sister clinic which is closed today. The receptionist was very condescending and abrupt treating me as if I were a child. I only asked if they were able to book for their other site and am very angry about her response and attitude. When people are unwell and seeking advice you do not respond like this. Compassion and a little understanding would be advisable when dealing with people who are feeling sick and unable to see anyone until the next day. This ‘Karen’needs to be retrained in etiquette and treat others kindly. Horrible attitude and rudeness and I recommend that people find another clinic as the staff denigrate the reputation when responding like this.
