Rude receptionists. Don't answer phones, don't call you for your phone appointment. Worst clinic I've ever been too! It's like nobody even works there!!! I'm making a complaint to the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC because this is ridiculous, people aren't getting their prescriptions, this is beyond negligence.
The doctors are fabulous. The ladies up front, not a chance. They ignore the phones and don’t send faxes to the pharmacy, or, to the wrong one.
