Le premier contact avec l'infirmière fut froid. Elle ne s'est pas présenté, m'a accueilli avec une question avant meme que j'ai eu le temps d'entrer dans le bureau. Toutefois, le médecin Dr Moscovitz est exceptionnelle, empathique, prend le temps d'écouter, d'expliquer.
