Got a letter from the RAMQ saying my new born baby (currently 4 months old) was accepted to this clinic and to a specific doctor. I brought the papers in right away, they said the time before I could make an appointment was unknown but could take a few weeks...We waited, missed 2 checks up because we were lied to. They sent out a paper saying you're accepted and to bring the paper in right away to register the new patient. Heres the lie, you're not accepted, they just send that out to "Steal" waiting patients, and then throw you on an internal waiting list. What the extremely rude receptionist said was only a few weeks to a month, when i called back and spoke to her is now 5-6 months? WTF? After she hung up on me after i told her that this is shady and border line criminal...I called back, spoke to another clueless receptionist who said "we have up to 1 year to treat you" I said its for a @$%^&* new born baby who needs their monthly check ups, they said it's a baby, it shouldn't get sick..word for #$%^ing word. My child isn't sick but is required to be evaluated by a doctor every few months for the first year, and not 1 check up has been done since she was born. F!%this clinic for what they do, f$&* their rude staff for supporting it, and fuck the RAMQ for knowing this and doing nothing. I'll be filing a complaint with the RAMQ, The health and social services network complaint examination system and will be speaking to a lawyer to see if anything else can be done about their fraudulent, misleading and straight forward lying to "save" patients, so other clinics don't take them, is legal and if I can take legal action in QC. This is an absolute joke, and anyone working here should be ashamed of this type of medical/legal malpractice.
