I telephoned in advance stating I required a prescription for an MRI.  I had failed surgery, previous MRIs identified the incorrect surgical site, I was diagnosed with sacral insufficiency fractures only to learn these fractures do no exist.  I was prepared to consult with the doctor and follow up with the doctor when the MRI results were in.   I need an impartial MRI imaging.    I did not realize the doctor was a resident who had to consult with her supervisor. 

I called several times to explain my purpose for coming to the the clinic.  I don't expect the clinic to resolve my spinal issues or identify errors in previous care.  I just wanted  a doctor to provide me with a prescription for an MRI. 

I needed someone to advocate for me in obtaining accurate and impartial diagnostic imaging.
